Digital Scale?
I have one of those cheap plain scales and it annoys me. I’ll weigh myself and it’ll say one thing and then I will step it on again a couple minutes later and it’ll say 5 lbs heavier but then Ill do it again and it’ll go back to what it originally said. Im losing weight and I wanna guage how much Im losing but its hard with this crappy scale!
Does anyone have any suggestions for some decent digital scales that arent too much money?
I use the Health-o-meter, it’s a digital scale and even estimates my BMI. More than likely your scale needs to be re-calibrated. They tend to lose calibration over a period of time and depending on the brand, quickly. I like the Health-o-meter because you can program up to 4 individuals with their height. Just press your button, step on the scale and within seconds you have your weight, what you’ve gained or lost from the last weigh, and your estimated BMI.
