Nodoubt, every one of these people tried to do their best to lose weight permanently, at least once.   Often they have paid a sizable sum of moneyto buy the diet.   When you consider themassive focus today on diets and exercise, at the very least, the number of fatpeople should be diminishing, instead they are increasing at a rate that keeps ongrowing. Is it unreasonable to expect that when you take advicefrom people who call themselves diet experts, it follows that you will get aresult?   Not just a short term weightloss, but a result that can be called a realpermanent weight loss .   The questionis all the more relevant, when you remember that people have often paid large amountsof money to get a positive result. Yet, when the diet is over, not only doesthe lost weight return, but dieters are even bigger than before they started. Wehave reached a point where very few people, including, I am sure, the dietexperts, truly believe that a diet canwork permanently .   So why diet?   Hope springs eternal. We all believe the nextmiracle cure for anything will be the one that works.   That’s why there are so many diet experts andwhy new ones pop up all the time.   Afterall, anyone can be a diet expert.   Ifeven one of these diets proved to give a permanent weight loss, we would allknow about it and nobody would be fat anymore. So given all this advice by experts, is it not reasonableto expect to see a noticeable reduction in the number of fat people overall?   That’s not very likely, despite the fact thatwe now have more diets, and more diet advice than ever before.   Instead more people are getting fatter everyday.   Seems, the more advice we get thefatter we get. Do you realize that today, the majority of people arefat.   The number is sixty percent of thepopulation, and still growing, (pun intended).   There is no sign to suggest that this trend will do anything butcontinue to increase.   It may shock you to learn that less than five yearsago, fat people were still a minority.   What is your guess for the percentage in another five years, or worse, adecade? The diet industry has a lot of excuses. They all blame thecustomers.   Not a single one of theseexperts have hinted at the possibility they may be working with bad information,in other words; maybe the diets are at fault. The amazing faith displayed by these experts, is hardto understand when you consider all their countless failures.   Not one single diet has been scientificallytested and proved to work.   In fact, noscience has been involved in any of them.   Diets are simply unproven theories, offered by people who are notqualified to tell you what, or how much, to put in your mouth. So it is time to ask yourself; who are you going tolisten to?   Unqualified, if well meaningpeople, who truly do not have a clue.   Ordo you heed your gut instinct which says; “Listen to your body”.   Our body used to take care of our weightproblems. We all have a metabolism which is designed to do that. The trouble iswe have forgotten what to do with it. For years we have abused and confused ourbody with erratic diets and eating habits.   It is time we look at the facts and learn how to get a real permanent weight loss . http://www.my-own-plan.com
