what is a good diet pill supplement to buy that helps with controlling hunger?

i am looking for an over the counter diet supplement or something that will help control my hunger. i eat waaaay to much, and cant seem to slow down on my own. i am already over weight, and dont want to get any bigger

I have used hydroxy cut and have lost weight. I am using it now but I accompany it with Weight Watchers and I am seeing great results so I am not sure if it is the weight watchers or the hydroxy cut but something is working. Hydroxy cut can give you the shakes and the cracked out feeling lol so I do not take the recommended amount. By boyfriend does and he says he is fine and now used to it… I tend to get headaches so I am not sure if i will ever be used to it…. So hydroxy cut works but probably not like you are hoping..
